Lease Up Fees
Unique Realty Consultants pays lease up fees to other licensed agents. Simple put a lease up fee is the fee that is collected for finding the tenant, screening the tenant, and moving the tenant into the property.
Buyers and Sellers
It has been our experience that every realty buyer is as unique as the property they desire so targeted information is essential. The first impression is driving up and walking through the front door. This could be your dream property.
Our experienced agents know location, location, location and a lot more when helping clients identify their goals for buying a property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, or experienced investor, we can help with precise realty information and expertise.
We educate our buyers on sizes of properties, return on investment, return on equity, cap rates, neighborhoods, and costs associated with owning the property.
Once you have made the decision to sell your property then you should hire a professional realtor to assist in the process who provides realty information specific to you. You deserve much more than a yard sign and fliers in the box and maybe an open house. You want an agent that is working for you and on your side through the whole process. Our agents make sure that the property sells smoothly and you get the most money from the sale.
We educate our sellers on pricing, staging, market conditions, marketing, and internet options to get the best possible sales exposure for our sellers. We simply want to offer the very best exposure and we understand the challenges in the process.
